Andrew L. Pansini, Chairman of the Board
Mr. Pansini, son of the founder of Savoy Corporation, joined the company while attending college at USC.
In 1942, he moved to San Francisco to open the Union Square Garage and became Chairman of the Board of Savoy Corporation. Over the next several decades, Savoy expanded into real estate and the car wash business, including the continued development of its parking operations.
Additionally, in 1958, he invented the world's first automatic swimming pool cleaner and founded Jandy Industries, a subsidiary of Savoy Corporation from 1981 to 1993, and a leading manufacturer of related products.
In 1972, Mr. Pansini led Savoy into real estate development when it built its first commercial office in San Francisco's Fisherman's Wharf.
He served as Chairman of the Board of Jandy until the company was sold in 1996 to Teledyne Industries. Today, located in Petaluma, CA, its sales exceed $100,000,000 annually.
Mr. Pansini lives in Marin County and is still very active in the development of innovative products. He is also Chairman of the Board of Savoy Corporation.

Andrew A. Pansini, President & C.E.O.
Since 1964, Mr. Pansini has been one of the visionary leaders of Savoy Corporation, which was founded by his grandfather in 1917. Today, he continues as President and Chief Executive Officer.
He has concurrently been the Managing Trustee of the Jandy Trusts since 1996. For the 25 years from 1972 to 1996, he served as President and C.E.O. of Jandy Industries in Novato. This company manufactured and sold swimming pool related products, was a subsidiary of Savoy Corporation from 1981 until 1993, and was sold to Teledyne Industries in 1996.
Mr. Pansini also divides his time by serving on a variety of not-for-profit boards. He is currently on the Board of Directors of Sutter Health in Sacramento and serves on the Facilities Committee, Audit Committee, and Pension and Investment Committee. He is also a board member of Marin Community Health and past board member of Novato Community Hospital. He has been an active member of the Novato American Little League since 1985, after being President for five years.
Previously, he was active on the Board of Directors of Gordon Manufacturing, an injection molding company in Petaluma, from 1996 to 2000; was on the board of Advisors of the Marianists from 1998 to 2002; was a member of the Executive Committee (TEC), a professional organization of business owners and managers, from 1991 to 1999; was a board member of Pansini Corporation from 1981 to 1995; and was a member of the Manufacturers Council of the National Pool and Spa Institute from 1993 to 1995.
A native San Franciscan who was raised in Marin County, Mr. Pansini majored in Accounting at University of San Francisco, lives in Novato with his wife, and has two children who are college graduates. |

Judson L. La Haye, Executive Vice President & COO
Mr. La Haye’s primary responsibilities include managing Savoy Corporation’s portfolio of commercial properties located in Northern California.
He is heavily involved with the acquisitions and ongoing construction projects involving all properties. Mr. La Haye also handles the negotiations and management of the majority of leases for the Savoy’s buildings, as well as the company’s parking facility located in Los Angeles.
In 1975, he began working with Savoy Corporation while attending high school, parking cars at the 611 West 6th Street garage in Los Angeles.
Mr. La Haye then matriculated at the University of Southern California in their business management program.
From 1980 to 1983, he worked for Bank of America, where he progressed from managing the retail banking clients to Operations Officer in the Newport Center Branch.
Mr. La Haye has been with Savoy since 1984 through the company’s transition from owning and operating parking garages in Southern California to commercial real estate and property management throughout San Francisco, Larkspur, Napa and Petaluma.
He lives in Walnut Creek with his wife. They have two children: one in high school and one a college graduate. Mr. La Haye has always been extremely active in his community, from having coached both of his kids through the years in soccer, softball, baseball, basketball and football, to being a Cub Scout leader. |

Jeffery A. Brueckner, RPA, Vice President Operations
Mr. Brueckner was promoted to Vice President Operations of Savoy Corporation in 2005 with responsibility for property management, leasing operations, and working closely with our customers. He had joined the company in 2001 as the Property Manager for our portfolio of commercial office buildings in San Francisco, Larkspur, Napa and Petaluma.
Mr. Brueckner began his career and learned the Real Estate Management and Leasing business with Transpacific Development Company, a Southern California real estate developer.
At Transpacific, he was quickly promoted to Assistant Property Manager, responsible for day-to-day management of Hayward Business Park, an 800,000-square foot research and development/light industrial business center in Hayward, CA and for The Dublin Place Shopping Center, a regional, 350,000-square foot shopping center in Dublin, CA, anchored by Target, Montgomery Ward and Toys “R” Us.
In 1996, Mr. Brueckner was promoted to Property Manager at Lake Merritt Plaza, a 550,000-square foot, 27-story Class A office and retail complex located on the shores of Lake Merritt in downtown Oakland, CA. Previous to joining Savoy, in 1998, Mr. Brueckner worked for the Government of Singapore in San Francisco, through Tower Realty Management Corporation, Singapore’s domestic real estate management company. There, he was responsible for managing 595 Market, a 450,000-square foot, 31-story Class A office building on Market Street in downtown San Francisco, CA.
A graduate of the University of California at Davis, with a Bachelor of Science degree in Agricultural and Managerial Economics, Mr. Brueckner resides in Sonoma with his wife. |
